City Cottage Group

Working in conjunction with the City of Chicago, City Cottage Group works from their showroom to help new home buyers select standard materials and up-grades for interior finishing. These important home design decisions help first-time buyers turn low-income housing projects into attractive and appealing family homes while keeping the projects within budget constraints.

City Cottage Group’s assistance included selection and installation of all interior components (after drywall) for these single family homes, including carpeting, tile, cabinets, countertops and appliances.
