“The Bernardin” at 747 North Wabash

City Cottage Group was subcontracted to procure, provide, warehouse, deliver and install ceramic tile in 171 residential foyers, kitchens, baths, and powder rooms of this (high-End) downtown High-Rise building. Our scope of work included the coordination, layout, purchasing and delivery of all kitchen and bath cabinetry and countertops. City Cottage Group also coordinated the procurement, warehousing, delivery and installation of all appliances. Our accomplishments included laying and setting the elegant stone design in the entrance lobby and first floor common areas.
